Welcome back to my blog! In this post I will be listing a number of items you should consider bringing with you in your gym bag. This isn't an exhaustive list, just a couple of ideas, and there will obviously be certain items specific to you or your workout that you should also bring with you.

1) Water bottle
Need I even explain this one? Starting with undoubtedly the most obvious gym bag essential, water is a must for the gym. No matter what workout you've got planned, any form of exertion dehydrates the body. Without replenishing, your body will find it more difficult to regulate temperature - in turn causing a rise in body temperature and heart rate. This leads to you feeling more fatigued, which isn't ideal during a workout. In short, just drink your water.
